BIM Structure Services

STRUCTURE
Our Structural BIM Services provide an information-rich Revit BIM structural model derived from sketches, drawings, point cloud scans, and PDFs. We also offer custom structural Revit content/families and detailed 3D rendering and visualization, ensuring that all deliverables align with the defined Scope of Work (SOW) and meet the required Level of Detail (LOD). These services encompass all structural elements, including foundations, beams, columns, and other load-bearing components, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and efficiency throughout the design and construction process.

BIM MEP Services

MEP
Our Revit MEP BIM Services is specialized in developing accurate and detailed MEP modeling with required LOD and as per the BIM execution plan. Develop mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems models as per the defined spaces and zones in the building model.
We create mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) Revit models based on design intent, tailored to each project phase—schematic design, design development, and construction documents. Our team also develops custom Revit MEP families, which are parametric and can be detailed to the required Level of Detail (LOD). We incorporate varying levels of detail into MEP models (from LOD 100 to LOD 500), depending on the stage of the building design process, from initial schematic design through to design development, construction documents, fabrication, and the construction phase.

BIM CO-ORDINATION Services

BIM CO-ORDINATION Services
Our Revit MEP BIM Services is specialized in developing accurate and detailed MEP modeling with required LOD and as per the BIM execution plan. Develop mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems models as per the defined spaces and zones in the building model.
- At the heart of our BIM Coordination services is the belief that “Prevention is better than cure.” This philosophy drives us to proactively address potential issues during critical stages of the building design process—schematic design, design documents, and construction documents.
- Throughout the BIM coordination journey, we perform comprehensive clash detection tests to identify and resolve both hard and soft clashes, ensuring the creation of a seamless, clash-free construction model.
- Guided by the motto “Collaborating Together, Coordinating Better,” we foster a collaborative environment by working closely with all project stakeholders—mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire system subcontractors, general contractors, architects, and structural engineers. Our hands-on, consultative approach enables the entire team to collectively make informed decisions, minimizing design changes and optimizing coordination throughout the project lifecycle
